In the South Okanagan region, wildfire recovery efforts and ongoing emergency response activities continue to impact travel and service conditions in some communities. While the immediate threat has eased in many areas and evacuation orders have been reduced, active wildfire activity, localized evacuation orders and alerts, utility restoration work, and access restrictions remain in effect in parts of the region.
Emergency response activities, smoke, road restrictions, and localized evacuation measures may continue to affect transit times, access, and service availability.
